Testimony

Hannah: I had the privilege of being born into a family of parents who loved the Lord and dedicated their lives to serving Him.  Since I can remember, my parents taught me the truths of God’s Word and shared with me my need for a Savior.  It was at an early age that I made a personal decision to believe in Jesus as my Savior, as the only one who could pay the price for my sin and the only one through whom I could receive eternal life.  One summer at Junior camp, after being challenged by the missionary speaker, I made a commitment to use my life to do God´s will whatever that may be and wherever he may lead me.  I did not feel him leading me to an international ministry at that time, but simply to submit myself daily to his will, which in the end, brought me to serve him in a foreign country.

Ministry

I am currently a part of the administrative team at La Roca Christian School as the English Department Coordinator.  I work alongside a team of English teachers, as well as, helping the school principal.  With an enrollment of over 300 students from the local community, we look to share God’s truth with the students and their families, in order to see lives transformed for Christ. Together with my husband, Jhonatan, we lead the Children’s Sunday School ministry at La Roca Christian Church.

Favorite Scripture

Hannah:

“This God—His way is perfect; the word of the Lord proves true; He is a shield for all those who take refuge in Him. For who is God, but the Lord? And who is a rock, except our God? The God who equipped me with strength and made my way blameless.” ~ Psalm 18:30-32

About Us

What are some of your Hobbies?

Hannah: When I am not serving at the school or church, you can find me at home with my four kiddos who keep me on my toes.  When I can squeeze it in I love spending time in the kitchen whipping up a batch of sweet treats to enjoy with a rich cup of Peruvian coffee or baking a loaf of homemade bread to enjoy with a hearty bowl of soup.
